Client Service Assistant
Our team at Dream Big Wealth Strategies, LLC is seeking a dedicated Client Service Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients and advisors. In this role, you'll be a first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance with account management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Our Client Service Assistant is an entry-level position with a career track that includes becoming a Paraplanner, Advisor and Lead Advisor in our firm. We encourage and will support specific insurance and investment licensing to assure your success here at Dream Big.

About You
· You’re a college graduate, or high school graduate with office work experience
· You have a demonstrated track record of initiative
· You're a people person
· Your technology skills are top notch
· You’re confident, positive, poised and professional in appearance
· You’re not afraid of creative challenges or tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with software including financial planning tools, Outlook, Excel
· Have life insurance and investment licenses, including Series 65 or Series 7
Client Service Assistant Responsibilities
· Assist lead advisor in client meetings, while taking notes and completing meeting follow-up projects
· Help prepare financial plans, reports and client presentations
· Perform investment research
· Support clients in the use of on-line tools and assisting with conference calls to investment companies
· Serve as Project Lead for one of our firm’s key initiatives
· Attend local events to represent Dream Big as an attendee or a sponsor representative

Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
