Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for either an experienced LICSW or LMHC, to join us full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who are looking for a new opportunity and adventure to become a manager to help build a successful outpatient clinic. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, and experienced in outpatient.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Provide supervision to unlicensed staff and ensure that both outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs are running successfully.
• Will be responsible for hiring and interviewing new clinicians
• 50% direct patient care and 50% supervision/admin

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• 3 years of experience in practice is a plus
• Previous knowledge in developing programs/outpatient mental health services
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
