Summary/objective:
As a tight-knit and transparent team, at DragonSpears, we wear multiple hats. As a Product Owner, you will engage in various projects spanning different industries, collaborating closely with clients to shape their vision, priorities, and requirements. You'll serve as a bridge between the client, stakeholders, and our delivery team.
Essential functions:
Providing guidance and mentorship to product delivery teams
Collaborating with clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Prioritize client needs and shape the product's vision and key expected business outcomes
Creating a product road map based on this vision
Manage the product backlog and adjust priorities according to changing requirements.
Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
Develop Features, and work with delivery teams
Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.

Requirements:
Strong understanding of product operations and business value
Exposure to various product types and industries
High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead by influence, navigate complex situations, resolve conflict, and build strong, high-trust relationships
Lean thinking and planning to maximize value while minimizing costs
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Lucid Charts, and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalents
Strong communication skills
Preferred:
Figma or similar design tools
Required education and experience:
7 years of experience as Product Owner. It is preferred at least 5 years will have been in a client consulting capacity

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with a flexible core hours policy to accommodate early birds and night owls. This is a 100% remote opportunity.
