Dr. Vasant K Vora, D.D.S is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Philadelphia, PA

Looking for an efficient Front Desk receptionist for a Dental office located in 19111.

Job responsibilities include:

- General administrative tasks like answering phone calls, faxing, replying e-mails. photocopying and more.

- Check patients in when they come in the office, review and check patient information and give forms to fill out.

- Manage the scheduling of appointments for the dentist and check patients out after the appointment.

- Check insurance eligibility of the patients and talk to insurance representatives as needed.

- Verify patient's co-pays and collect payments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week

Healthcare setting:

  • Clinic

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)
