Dr Lane & Associates is Hiring a HR Administrator Near Garner, NC

Overall Responsibility:

Assists Human Resources in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administers the company birthday and anniversary lists
  • Administers pre-employment tests and makes sure they have been completed
  • Conducts reference checks when needed
  • Assists in conducting orientations and performs data entry into the HRIS system
  • Assists in the exit interview process when needed
  • Assists in maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems and compiles reports from database as needed
  • Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Assists in employee recognition strategies
  • Assists in employee retention strategies
  • Assists in performing internal human resource audits
  • Assists in responding to unemployment claims and wage audits
  • Assists in completing wage verification forms
  • Maintains employee files
  • Maintains scrub orders, inventory, shipment to employees in offices and charges to employees
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.


Job Specifications:

  • One to two years’ experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.
