Company and Department Description dotmod, Inc., is a designer and manufacturer of innovative, high quality vaping hardware and e- liquid. Through our award winning hardware and superior customer service we have grown significantly over the past 10 years with retail, wholesale and distributor partners world-wide. Our sales department is divided into three regional teams with several office locations around the world. Our sales teams are led by a Regional Sales Manager and reporting to the Director of Sales or other Executive Leadership Team member.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers in designated areas according to company policy.
• Create demand analysis of existing/potential customers to recommend appropriate product mix.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, e-mail and other campaigns as assigned.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to create loyalty.
• Protect company proprietary information and product design plans.
• Remain informed of regulatory changes, market changes, and trends in designated territory.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive as part of a team
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Experience and Skills

• Prefer candidates with previous B2B sales experience and knowledge of vaping or understanding of the vaping industry
• Excellent customer service; verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30
Work Locaon In person at the office
Pay: $20 - $24 per hour
Supplemental pay types: Bonus Opportunies
