What do we need
We are looking for two rockstar HRBP’s; one for our Product and Technology functions and the other for Science and G&A functions. You will be a strategic Partner who will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the organization, its strategy and customers, and a very good understanding of the people challenges faced by the organization. You will work to build employee engagement and satisfaction and promote good HR practice and compliance.
