BARTENDER
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and skilled bartender to provide exceptional customer service, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a highly enjoyable dining experience. Strong communication, multitasking and interpersonal skills are crucial. A friendly demeanor, the ability to work under pressure and attentiveness to guests’ needs are essential. Prior food service and bartending experience, although additional training will be provided. Successful bartenders will display a positive attitude, strong passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
Bartender Responsibilities.
- Ability to learn restaurant layout.
- Learn menu, cocktail and wine menu.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive restaurant culture.
- Know proper steps of service.
- Work as a team member; assist co-workers when needed.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Adhere to workplace policies and protocols.
