Dorchester DSN Board is Hiring a Human Resources Supervisor Near Summerville, SC
The Dorchester County Board of Disabilites and Special Needs is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. The position is responsible for executing Human Resources activities at the agency for all functinal areas, (e.g., recruitment, retention, employee relations, compensation, FMLA, workers compensation, unemployment process, compliance, etc) and serve as a professional resource for agency managment on all HR-related matters. Kowledgable of the administration of Health insurance & Retirement benefit processes-PEBA preferred. Must have knowledge of Labor Laws, ability to work independently and make decisions; possess excellent communication and written skills; must be detailed oriented; ability to deal tacfully with others and treat consumer/staff with dignity and respect. Minimum Requirments are: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Managment and at least one-year experience or High School Diploma with at least 2 years experience in relevant field. Primary work hours 8a-4:30p (may vary); annual salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
