JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment and talent strategies tailored to the specific needs of each division, department, or project. You will fill open positions across the organization, from Retail Client Advisors to Senior Management. You will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, and negotiating compensation packages. Additionally, you will partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the candidate and employee experience from pre-hire to retirement. This role also involves driving employer branding, developing internal talent, leading performance management processes, and building a robust talent pipeline.
