DocuPhase is looking for a results-orientated creative Marketing Manager to help drive demand generation for the business. We need someone who can strategize like a boss, plan with obsessive attention to detail, and rock the role of brand ambassador. This role involves driving growth through a diverse mix of lead generation channels, optimizing campaigns, supporting business development, analyzing marketing performance, providing reporting, and leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to achieve our target KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive B2B multi-channel demand generation strategies covering the entire marketing and sales funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF), including awareness, lead generation, and nurture campaigns.
Conduct marketing attribution analysis that will help connect marketing efforts to the company's ROI and CLV.
Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and scheduling, budget planning and tracking of expenses, creative and production timelines, consolidating and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics/effectiveness, and driving improvements
Project manage execution of marketing deliverables for new initiatives ensuring on-time delivery, as well as identifying and communicating potential risks to cross-functional team of product managers, sales managers, internal creative services, and external agencies
Manage the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns paths that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics
Develop and manage an omni-channel content strategy to support demand generation, brand awareness, & thought leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications
Encouraged, 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Excellent verbal and written skills
Highly creative
Knowledge of the digital and offline marketing landscape and how they interrelate
Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and best practices
Experience in developing and launching marketing campaigns on time and on budget\
Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot
Up to 20% travel for events
