We are seeking an innovative, high-energy Marketing Director to serve as a Protege to the CEO and drive execution of digital strategies for FASTer Way to Fat Loss - a results focused online nutrition and fitness coaching company.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO on vision while autonomously leading marketing campaigns, influencer programs, organic lead generation initiatives, and social media community growth. Success means hitting monthly KPIs on new lead growth, sales conversions, traffic goals, and member engagement.

The ideal candidate breathes the brand, understands the digital coaching space, and geeks out on marketing analytics and campaign optimizations. This is a hands on role for a passionate digital marketer who wants to significantly grow and lead marketing for an industry innovator.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative digital acquisition campaigns for the core nutrition and fitness platform and coaching program
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and develop affiliate/partnership initiatives
- Oversee creation of social content and community engagement initiatives
- Conduct ongoing email marketing campaigns
- Set and achieve monthly goals for leads, conversions, traffic, and retention
- Optimize through rigorous measurement and testing

Requirements:
- 7-10 years in digital acquisition/growth marketing with past management experience
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, email, and analytics tools
- Successful track record with membership/subscription models
- Strong leader and executor who thinks creatively and analyzes critically
- Passionate about health, fitness, nutrition and the digital coaching space
