About This Position

In this pivotal role within our rapidly expanding SaaS company specializing in Policy Management, you have the opportunity to make a substantial impact. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be closing new business from leads generated from multiple sources, including direct inbound, marketing campaigns and direct prospecting. Each Account Executive at DocTract is paired with a Solution Engineer to handle all demonstrations and product related questions. Join a dynamic team with a rich pipeline of prospects and leads. Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with potential clients from initial contact through to the successful conclusion of a deal. This includes understanding client expectations, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement.
  • Skillfully negotiate contact and pricing agreements that satisfy both the client and the company. Lead the process towards a successful close, ensuring that all client concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from lead to close, leveraging our Solution Engineer team for product demonstrations and technical expertise.
  • Actively manage and prioritize the provided leads pipeline, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Cloud Policy Management, providing insights to enhance our sales approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to align messaging, gather customer feedback, and optimize the sales strategy.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process, addressing customer objections, and closing deals with a focus on customer success.
  • Update and maintain all pipeline activities in company CRM

About You

  • Proven: A successful track record in B2B SaaS sales with 1-4 years of experience.
  • Closing Skills: You are an expert at successfully closing deals. Your ability to seal agreements effectively and efficiently is one of your strongest attributes. You're known for turning prospects into satisfied clients.
  • Persuasive Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to persuasively convey the value of our Policy Management solution. Your ability to articulate complex solutions in a compelling way sets you apart.
  • Proficiency in Objection Handling: Your expertise lies in effectively identifying and addressing client objections. With a strategic approach, you demonstrate an ability to understand, articulate, and resolve concerns, fostering trust and facilitating successful deal closures.
  • Strategic Negotiator: Your negotiation skills are top-notch. You know how to balance assertiveness with empathy, ensuring that deals are closed on terms favorable to both the client and our company.
  • Resilient and Adaptable: In the face of challenges, your resilience shines. You adapt your strategies to meet the ever-changing needs of clients and the market, ensuring sustained success.
