CFS has partnered with a well-respected organization, seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Human Resources department. As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's workforce strategy and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our client's organizational goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Lead initiatives to promote positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Labor Management: Oversee labor relations activities, including contract negotiations, grievance resolution, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, oversee the hiring process, and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change initiatives.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
