Position Summary

As a bookkeeper you will assist with the company’s financial books such as accounting reports and general ledger entries for accuracy. They will also help assist with daily operations like accounts payables, account receivables and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Bank Statements
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
• Reconcile Intercompany accounts
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable. Perform light collections and follow up.
• Assist with financial statement preparation.

Preferred Experience

• QuickBooks experience required
• Knowledge of Accounting Practices and Principles
• Knowledge of intercompany transactions and reconciliation
• Knowledge of Payroll
• History of job stability

Experience:

• QuickBooks: minimum 2 years (Required)
• Bookkeeper/Accounting: Minimum 2 years (Required)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
