BOOKKEEPER POSITION AVAILABLE
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Our ideal candidate loves working with numbers, paying high attention to detail, and takes pride in their work! This bookkeeper will have a "wanting to make a difference" perspective with a natural ability to work on a small team as well as manage a variety of tasks. Overview of Responsibilities of the Bookeeper
Handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable in QuickBooks
- Back up to payroll in ADP
- Administrative Tasks
- Compile reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- Generate monthly statements to customers.
- Process membership dues
- Complete records to or though trial balance.
Preferred Qualifications of the Bookkeeper
- Bookkeeping, accounting experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Knowledge of ADP and QuickBooks required
