DLP Services is fast-growing with offices now located in Del Rio, San Antonio, Eagle Pass, Weslaco, Laredo, Yuma, and El Paso. We have been blessed with the opportunity to diversify a large number of customers in different industries such as government (Federal, State, County, and Local), Automotive Dealerships, Schools, Banks, Medical and standard commercial buildings while maintaining the understanding of different needs and high-quality services.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Call Center Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls for the purpose of selling to new prospects promoting the organization’s high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission statement of the company.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Promote services over the phone.
- Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
- Promote and enhance company reputation by providing professional and effective assistance.
- Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives.
- Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts. Create a strong follow-up plan that will allow for greater efficiency and increased sales conversion rates.
- Work effectively to meet targets and goals.
- Ability to operate multiple software platforms.
- Attention to detail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand written and verbal communications.
- Ability to work with office equipment and computers for long periods.
- Able to identify opportunities for administrative improvement.
- Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to listen and interpret the needs of the prospect.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, pay close attention to detail, respond quickly to changing business needs and prioritize and organize effectively even when volume and workload exceed expectations.
- Bilingual is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS: The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor environment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY: This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing. DLP Services has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer Service and/or Telecommunication Sales Experience - 1 .
- Must pass a background check.
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C.
