### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ### Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and policies
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
