Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President/General Manager to lead our company's overall operations, sales, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage key accounts, and oversee the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and drive sales growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on account management, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Oversee business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing processes and workflows to enhance productivity.

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development.
- Strong background in technical sales or technology-related industries.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
