Payroll and Accounts Receivable
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client’s team in Northwest Houston. As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for answering the phone and directing calls, invoicing customers, and following up on payments
Responsibilities:

Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
*
Invoice customers and follow up on payments using QuickBooks
*
Take credit card payments and process them securely
*
Maintain accurate and confidential records of accounts receivable transactions
Requirements:
*
High School GED or diploma
*
Experience in payroll and accounts receivable
*
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Attention to detail and accuracy
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
COMPENSATION: $20-$23
