Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop top talent within the organization
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization
- Drive process improvement efforts to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Manage organization design projects to optimize structure and roles within the company
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment labor laws
- Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Ceridian) and other HR software applications
- Demonstrated success in program management, succession planning, strategic planning, and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
