Tax Director – Naperville, IL $130,000 - $160,000

Carrying out a Tax role is similar no matter where you work - what makes a difference is the people and the culture around you

Speaking with the Managing Partner the firm, currently at 45 staff has seen lots of organic growth already and there’s lots of opportunity for this to continue, but not until they have additional, experienced people like you in the team.

This is a client-facing leadership role, as an experienced Tax Director you will manage client relationships, oversee business development, mentor staff, and utilise your tax knowledge to work with businesses and communicate strategies effectively.

You’ll be working with a wide range of clients predominately across, non-profits, manufacturing, services, and real estate.

Their vision is to continue expanding the firm while preserving its people-first culture. This looks like a sub 55 hours during busy season, creating opportunity through continuous growth and improvement, and maintaining a relaxed, family feel firm culture where you and your family are put first.

You will be working a hybrid/flexible schedule with a maximum of 3 days in the office or with clients a week.
