This is an in-house position at a very cool Las Vegas company located close to the strip. Please do not apply if you cannot come into our awesome office.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. If you are passionate about social media marketing and have a creative mindset, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly
- Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools to continuously improve our social media presence
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of public relations strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from social media metrics
- Photography skills are desirable but not required
