Administrative Assistant– Holland, MichiganDISHER is currently partnering with an architecture and engineering firm that specializes in the food and beverage industry and is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Holland, Michigan. In this role you will support daily operations at their office in downtown Holland, Michigan. You will coordinate and preform office administration duties for the Holland location as well as offices in California, Colorado and Oregon. On-site office support including scheduling appointments, organize and restock equipment, organize office procedures and assist in the planning of company activities
Assist with HR functions and on-boarding for new hires
Manage regular communication/paperwork with employees including benefits
Assist with communication with job candidates, schedule interviews and follow ups
Support project managers in document control, issuing documents to clients, composing correspondence and with travel arrangements
Assist with preparing and tracking proposals as well as marketing and promotional communications
What will make you successful:
3 years' experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or other relevant experience
Experience related to engineering project management support or construction related communications software
Proficiency with MS Office programs and tools
Prior experience supporting HR or finance functions
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
