We are hiring an experienced, full-time Facility Security Officer (FSO). The DVS FSO is located at DVS Headquarters in Tysons Corner, VA and is responsible for all facets of DVS' Security Program including facility clearance, personnel security clearances, visitor control, and physical security. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance.
DVS is seeking an FSO with exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, has a demonstrated record of strong initiative, accomplished verbal/written communication skills, as well as demonstrated good working relationship with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and DoD and/or Intelligence Community Customers. The FSO will support DVS' mission, values, goals, and culture and must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of the company.
The FSO will be responsible for interpreting and applying policies, developing and implementing security programs, drafting plans and procedures to ensure mission success and accurate, up to date compliance records with corporate policies and national security regulations and reporting as set forth in 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule.
