We are looking to hire a collaborative and proactive full-time Employee Liaison in Sierra, Vista, AZ. This is an in-office position Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. A Secret clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance is required for this role.The Employee Liaison role will support Security, Human Resources, and program functions for our on-site customer. The role will integrate security, HR, and program objectives for a seamless on and off boarding process. The Employee Liaison will report to the Director of Human Resources. This position is non-exempt under Fair Labor Standards Act.
Other Responsibilities Include

• Issuing offer letters and tracking employee on and off boarding processes in a timely manner and conduct in-person new hire orientation with employees.
• Assist Security department with personnel security tasks related to personnel security clearances, visit access requests, and customer site access.
• This role requires handling and protection of sensitive and confidential information.
• Establishes, maintains, and updates files, spreadsheets, trackers, databases, records, and/or other documents.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, always organized and professional.
• Participate and contribute to weekly HR meetings.
• Work closely with the entire Human Resource and Security teams.
• Be familiar and comply with the company's Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Appropriately dispose of all waste in accordance with the company's EMS Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Other administrative and program duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with human resources and security clearance administration
• S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, highly detail oriented, and organized.
• Collaborative team player
• Associates degree, preferred, or one to three years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Working knowledge of D0D, DISS, NBIS, and SWFT systems
• Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to stay alert during working hours.
• Ability to accept package deliveries and lift up to 10 pounds
