Responsibilities:

• Handle high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, with a focus on product liability and general negligence.
• Collaborate on complex litigation matters, including drafting original motions and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend expert and witness depositions.
• Manage discovery requests and responses for various parties.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
• Prepare for trial, including drafting motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, product liability, and general negligence.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• California Bar membership.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and deadline-driven professional.
• Experience working in a billable work environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
