Administrative Professional - Campus Ministry

Bishop O’Connell High School has an opening for an administrative professional to support the Chaplain and serve as a key member of the Campus Ministry Team. This position will begin in August 2024. A desire to serve the Church and work with young adults in a school setting are the key requirements of the job. Ideal candidates will be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and be experienced in scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational support for event planning. Experience working in a parish setting and familiarity with preparation for liturgy is ideal, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the community, including faculty, students, and parents. This is a 10-month, non-exempt, full-time, hourly position with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
