Position Overview:
This role will work closely with a variety of human resources areas, assisting in people focused projects to foster and encourage engagement at Diligent.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Human Resources leaders to understand Diligent's current programs and offerings
- Help facilitate current DEI&I projects and other HR projects
- Draft communications for important DEI&I & HR initiatives
- Sit in on high level meetings
- Complete additional projects where needed
Required Experience/Skills
- Currently pursuing their Bachelors or Masters
- A passion for the DEI&I Space
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Involved in on-campus clubs and programs
- Ability to commute to the New York office 2 days a week
