About the role
Reporting to the US Head of People, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end employee journey for all employees across the People function. From onboarding to offboarding, you’ll develop the employee experience in close partnership with the People, Talent, and DEI teams. You’ll use data to make well-informed decisions and develop strategies, and you’ll be as passionate about the DICE culture as you are about the work you do.

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training, and business considerations.

During the pandemic, we learned that working from home can help us focus, but many of usmissed the buzz of the office. For our NY team, we have a hybrid work policy of three days in theoffice (Mon–Wed) and two days work from anywhere (Thurs–Fri).
