The Role:
As a People Partner, you’re a trusted partner within the business and a key member of the team to ensure excellence in HR services and practices. You’ll cultivate trusted relationships locally and globally, tackle strategic people matters while managing tactical matters, champion people-centric practices and culture.
As the trusted thought partner, you’ll anticipate business needs collaborating with Global Centres of Excellence (ex: Communications, Inclusion, and L&D to name a few) to help to support our short and long-term goals for the region and in alignment with global People strategy. This presents an excellent chance for someone with a focus on high touch people partnering, working in collaboration with brilliant client groups and teams both globally and locally and enjoys operating both tactically and strategically. This role reports to the Director, People Partnering & Talent Acquisition.
