Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other team members to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure adherence to contract requirements and industry regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
