Diamond Peak is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to successfully deliver complex mechanical systems for commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommend actions.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Manage project budget by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems design, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
