### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company. The goal is to help keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use and provide technical support for a fun, modern coating for countertops, floors, and much more.
Duties:
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage with potential clients
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Provide technical support to customers via email and phone
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through prospecting and networking
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in account management is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
