About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Total Rewards and HR Operations to play a strategic leadership role in the Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming current rewards practices to support the company's rapid growth and global expansion. Key responsibilities include leading all strategic global compensation, benefits, and HR operations processes, creating and implementing short-term strategy plans, and ensuring that total rewards programs comply with federal and state laws. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert in total rewards, benchmarking activities, developing communication materials, and managing executive offers and equity incentives.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of progressive experience in compensation, equity, benefits, and HRIS, preferably in the life science or pharmaceutical industry. A minimum of 12 years' experience in managing and developing people is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-growth environments, experience with global HR operations, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Skills in financial analysis, vendor management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Experience with executive compensation tools and financial tools, such as Equilar, ISS, and CAP IQ, is highly preferred, with experience in Workday implementation being a significant advantage. Professional certifications like SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CCP are also desirable. The role demands a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
