Overview:
Our company is looking for a qualified full charge bookkeeper for multiple entities in our Property Management Accounting Department.
Essential Responsibilities
· Maintain and accurately code accounts payable for assigned properties.
· Ensure all invoices are paid in a timely matter with proper approvals.
· Maintains vendor W9 information and process year end 1099s
· Maintains Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors
· Record and deposit tenant payments daily and in a timely manner
· Communicate past due accounts receivable with property managers
· Audit, print and mail monthly tenant statements
· Monthly bank reconciliations
· Reviews and analyzes reports for accuracy prior to distribution
· Prepares monthly owner reports and financial statements at month end for each property assigned.
· Stay in constant communication about property financial status with Property Managers, Property Owners, Executives
· Process year end CAM/TAX/INS aka “Triple Net” Reconciliations

Job Qualifications
· Experience with Property management software Yardi Voyager (2 Year Minimum Required)
· Education: Minimum High School Degree, some college accounting classes preferred.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience
· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, analyze details/results for accuracy, work in a team environment.
