ICHC- Regional Operations Manager- Phoenix, AZ

Summary:

The

Regional Operations Manager reports to the Senior Market Director, Clinic Operations, partnering to guide our IntraCare Health Clinic (ICHC) clinicians and their teams through a successful onboarding experience to productive and efficient ongoing operations of assigned clinics.

The ROM supports efforts across multiple departments, working with management to lead clinics to success. They have a direct line to Company leadership, including executives, to report on progress and escalate risks and barriers.

General Duties:

  • Ensure clinics within the assigned area are efficiently implementing and maintaining core clinical operations protocols in accordance with company standards and KPI targets.
  • Collaboratively coordinate with internal and external resources to develop, implement, and report on assigned tasks.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical leadership. Assign tasks to internal team members, assist with schedule management and follow-ups to ensure tasks/issues are resolved accurately and timely.
  • Regularly assess physician practice operations to optimize efficiency, standardize workflows.
  • Coordinate with HR and MSO Management to develop and implement standardized policies and processes across IntraCare Health Clinic (ICHC)
  • Serve as short-term “Stand in” at Clinics to assist with daily operations as needed on emergency basis.
  • Coordinate with Clinic Managers and ICHC Management to ensure excellent patient satisfaction outcomes.
  • For newly acquired Clinics, collaborate with central service teams to keep Clinic on target for start date.
  • Consistently communicate information, reminders, and potential issues to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, improve/achieve core clinical metrics and KPI’s.
  • Excellent communicator, whether written, verbal and presentations.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills. Be a good listener, empathetic and approachable.
  • Proven detail-orientation. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve market results.
  • Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Overall, candidate must possess a willingness to learn, be proactive, and be mindful of the needs of
  • Clinic acquisition integration/operations start-up experience preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5 years of healthcare management experience as a manager in a large, multiple specialty clinic with direct supervision of medical staff, or 3 years of multi-site clinic management leadership responsibility.
  • Proven ability to manage all functions of a medical office—staffing, reception, schedules, care team, IT, EMRs, billing, patient service recovery and provider relations.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Travel Requirements:

Approximately 50% travel throughout the Phoenix metro area visiting clinical sites.
