Summary:
The
Regional Operations Manager reports to the Senior Market Director, Clinic Operations, partnering to guide our IntraCare Health Clinic (ICHC) clinicians and their teams through a successful onboarding experience to productive and efficient ongoing operations of assigned clinics.
The ROM supports efforts across multiple departments, working with management to lead clinics to success. They have a direct line to Company leadership, including executives, to report on progress and escalate risks and barriers.

Travel Requirements:
Approximately 50% travel throughout the Phoenix metro area visiting clinical sites.
