- Under supervision of the Library Administrator, provide administrative support related to tasks associated with the agency's backfile project
- Working knowledge of Outlook to email staff with questions/clarification and save documents.
Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.
Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.
Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner.
Sweep document into Unity Client.
Identify indexing information (metadata).
- QA ingested document.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
