Librarian Administrator - Lead Worker

This position reports to District Operations Management. Duties for the Librarian Administrator include the following:

• Act as project lead.

• Under the direction of District Operations management, supervise and direct other contract staff with the agency's backfile project.

• Work with program management for direction and guidance on the district backfile project.

• Develop processes and efficiencies in the process.

• Provide project updates to senior management.

• Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.

• Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.

• Prep and scan individual documents using a high speed scanner.

• Sweep document into Unity Client.

• Identify indexing information (metadata).

• QA ingested document.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
