Must have prior Librarian experience.
Duties for the Librarian Administrator include the following:
- Act as project lead.
- Under the direction of District Operations management, supervise and direct other contract staff with the agency's backfile project.
- Work with program management for direction and guidance on the district backfile project.
- Develop processes and efficiencies in the process.
- Provide project updates to senior management.
- Purges records in accordance with applicable document retention schedules.
- Ability to merge, insert pages using adobe.
- Prep and scan individual documents using a high-speed scanner.
- Sweep document into Unity Client.
- Identify indexing information (metadata).
- QA ingested document.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
