Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of contract law.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial proposal through contract execution and closeout
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and subcontractor agreements
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and develop strategies to meet business objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal drafting principles
- Experience with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in technical writing or proposal writing is a plus
- Previous experience in contractor management is highly desirable

Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
