Administrative Medical Assistant Job Description:
An Administrative Medical Assistant at Dermatology Partners has an instrumental role in providing quality patient care and support in alignment with company core values and culture. They are responsible for answering phone calls to the office, maintaining paper charts, assisting with rooming patients, and working at the front desk. They have a key role in supporting the office and patient care. The Administrative Medical Assistant helps to create the culture of Dermatology Partners by always being polite, friendly, and helpful to patients and team members. They always present in a professional appearance and manner. There are no supervisory responsibilities unless assigned by the appropriate Manager. The Administrative Medical Assistant reports to the Regional Manager. The Administrative Medical Assistant may need to travel to local clinics if needed and for training.
