WPM Real Estate Management is Hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant - ARE Near Owings Mills, MD
WPM is seeking a customer-driven, forward thinking, self-motivated candidate to join our Association Management team! We are looking for an experienced senior administrative assistant who will provide support to a team of Association Managers as well as oversee two Community Coordinators. Main Responsibilities:
Assist a team of 10 Community Association Managers
Directly oversee a team of 2 Community Coordinators
Compose and respond to a large and heavy volume of calls and emails
Regularly respond to requests from residents and Board Members on various management services
Coordinate bulk/mass mailings and email blasts
Maintain electronic filing system for the communities
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred:
At least 2 years of Association Management industry experience
Minimum of 5 years as administrative assistant role preferred, 3 years required
Supervisory experience, in any capacity, preferred but not required
Skills Required:
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook required - PowerPoint & Access helpful, but not required)
Knowledge of Vantaca Web-Based Property Management software a plus
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and great time management skills
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work in a very fast-paced environment
Problem solver, independent thinker and self-starter
Professional letter writing with good spelling and grammar required
Able to manage multiple schedules, projects, and expectations
Prioritization skills
Strong follow through and follow up abilities
