We are seeking a Facilities/IT Technician to join our growing team. The Facilities/IT Technician position is a hybrid position consisting of both maintenance and information technologies (IT) systems and network issues, web design and and website editing/backend support.

The Facilities/IT Technician will respond to service requests from staff, which may entail mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, or plumbing repairs as well as computer equipment issues. This position is also responsible for performing/scheduling preventative maintenance as assigned. Including, but not limited to, assisting with furniture movement and placement, operating and maintaining various equipment, some IT/Network knowledge to assist with computer network issues and set up, account management of third party vendors. This position will also assist with web design and editing/backend support. The candidate will be responsible for Windows and Linux PC Imaging/setup, and printer, scanner and desktop PC troubleshooting in a live environment. The ideal candidate is prepared to respond to and professionally complete support tickets, listens to, understands and builds their skillset and can adapt to sudden changes in direction during the workday - to keep the enterprise operating smoothly and meet the needs of our team.

This position will require travel between various offices in our network.

Job requirements:

Current PA Driver’s License

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Ability to occasionally lift 50 - 100 pounds
