SUMMARY:
The Sephora Account Manager (SAM) - Inside is responsible for maximizing sales and achieving company business objectives within the defined territory, ensuring excellence in selling, training/education, customer service, merchandising and operations. The SAM will build and maintain store relationships through consistent, open, and data-driven communication with Leadership and Store Selling Teams. This position will remotely motivate and influence store teams in geographically isolated doors (approximately 50 doors) through sharing knowledge by educating and coaching about the product, the brand and application. Doors will be spread primarily on East Coast and strong partnerships with Dermalogica field team will be a priority.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position will be home based in the greater Atlanta, Georgia market.
The typical work week will be Monday to Friday, with 2 weekend days required so that the SAM gains in-store experience. Mandatory in store time monthly to ensure Inside SAM has firsthand knowledge and experience in Sephora programs.
