Assumes the responsibilities of scheduling customer orders for production and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders
• Enter customer orders into system
• Confirm accuracy of system price to blanket purchase orders
• Dispense work orders as instructed
• Provide a link between customer and production
• Maintain accurate customer schedules in system
• Provide a courteous environment for customer communication
• Communicated customer needs internally effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience in automotive industry
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Plex is a plus
• Manufacturing experience preferably in automotive industry is a plus
