Duties:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions (Bill pay)
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements if needed
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

-Assist the office Administrator and Owner in errands (post office runs, lunch pick-up for events, and other miscellaneous tasks) as needed.

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Assistant Bookkeeper or similar role
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including debits and credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and journal entries
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills to perform account analysis and variance analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
