JOB SUMMARY

With limited supervision from the Operations Director, the employee assumes a critical role in the company and is responsible for providing executive administrative support to the Operations Director.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, business management or related field plus 4 years of experience in a management role OR combination of 8 years of college-level education and/or leadership experience.
• Previous North Slope operations experience
• Strong computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work on an on-call basis on evenings and weekends, as needed
• Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with HRIS, MS Word, Outlook and Excel

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness in a safe manner
• Perform monthly audits of facility employees
• Maintain goals and objectives with clients and DUS Managers
• Ensure DUS and client safety programs are in place and accomplishing desired results
• Independently carry-out multiple tasks from start-to-finish with the aptitude to anticipate and prioritize what needs to be done
• Make regular visits to DUS jobsites meeting with client and DUS employees
• Maintain lead reports through frequent interaction with other DUS facilities team
• Ensure DUS jobsites have adequate resources to meet client and DUS expectations
• Promote DUS mission and values and foster teamwork among DUS work groups
• Support the Operations Director in marketing DUS services and developing proposals
• Assist in developing and review proposals before they are submitted
• Provide day-to-day support to jobsite managers, employees and clients
• Willingness to work at various locations as required
