The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$82,000-$166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Execute month-end close activities, including journal entry and account reconciliation preparation
- Research and communicate any discrepancies that may arise
- Process and communicate project results timely throughout the month and at month-end
- Maintain appropriate level of documentation to ensure all account balances, entries, and reconciliations are supported properly
- Focus on process improvements and timely revenue and project financial reporting
- Implement and support accounting policies/guidelines and process documentation
- Support external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual IFRS audit
- Assist with preparing/ delivering quarterly balance sheet reviews to Regional CFO
- Support parent company and global IFRS financial reporting requirements
- Serve as admin for both SAP (WBS structure and project close out) as well as Blackline (reconciliation and task list module)
- Special projects as needed
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor-level degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy along with strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to balance complex demands with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to other specialized software applications
- Self-motivated and eager to take the initiative; with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and as an individual
- SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
- POC accounting knowledge preferred
