Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development

- Generate leads through various channels, including telemarketing, cold calling, and networking

- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Experience:

- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or related roles

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Technical sales knowledge is a plus

- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
